Darold Phinney's parents, Bud and Kaye Phinney, started the business in 1984 producing residential and commercial concrete construction, in addition to building high quality residential homes and commercial properties.  Since graduating from Washington State University in 1998, Darold has worked side by side with his dad to learn the trade.  To ensure careful attention to detail, Darold and Bud worked alongside all of their crews, gaining a respected reputation thoughout the Snohomish County community.  Bud and Darold have been a hands-on team from start to finish for all of their projects.  They have high standards for each construction phase and the sub-contractors with whom they work with.
